NORMA KAY GOOSSEN, 76 of Ogallala, NE, passed away Thursday, April 27, 2017 at Ogallala Community Hospital.
Norma was born April 5, 1941 at Arnold, NE to Everett Clarence and Florence Edna (Gallington) Rutt. She graduated from Paxton High School.
Norma loved animals and was a member of the Radiant Life Assembly of God in Ogallala.
Norma was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Ron Goossen in 2012; a grandson; and a great-granddaughter.
Survivors include her children; Cherie Faile (PJ) of Federal Heights, CO; Lynn (Cathy) Miller of Brule, NE; 6 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; brothers, Larry Rutt of Arkansas and Dale (Mary Jo) Rutt of Colorado; and many other relatives and friends.
Memorials are suggested to the Perkins County Animal Shelter in Grant, NE. Condolences can be shared online at prairiehillsfuneralhome.com.
A private graveside service with interment of cremains will be in the Ogallala Cemetery.
