Clifford E. Schneider

Clifford E. "Cliff" Schneider, 79, of Brule, Nebraska, passed away September 4, 2026, at his home in Brule.

Cliff was born October 14, 1946, in Louisville, Colorado, to Albert and Laura (LaRue) Schneider.

Cliff married Norma June Sager on September 26, 1968. Together, they raised three boys, Mick, Billy, and George, and made a home for many years before later going their separate ways.

Cliff served his country in the United States Army and later spent his life working as a truck driver, mechanic, and parts man for Packard Power in Ogallala, Nebraska. He won many awards for his skill behind the wheel. Cliff was a proud veteran and made his home in Brule, Nebraska, for many years.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his brothers, George and John; good friend, Mary Schneider; grandson, Bradley Green; and daughter-in-love, Pamela Dawn.

He is survived by his former wife, Norma Schneider, of Chappell; his three sons, Mick Sisco of Chappell, Billy Schneider (Robert) of Jacksonville, FL, and George "Duke" Schneider (Darci) of Chappell; his brothers, Frank Schneider (Brenda) of Ohio and Jim Schneider of Ogallala; his sister, Virginia Collins of Julesburg; five granddaughters, Abbie Kihle (Mitch), Kayla Sisco, Kelli Sisco (Kevin), Emma Strong (Payton), and Josie Schneider; one grandson, Brandon Green, and two great-grandchildren, Norah and Hayes Kihle; and many other relatives and friends.

Memorial services will be held at Prairie Hills Funeral Home Chapel, on Friday, September 18, 2026 at 10:00 am. No interment of cremains is planned at this time.
