Patrick Maroney, age 64, of Ogallala, Nebraska, passed away at his home on May 10, 2023.
Patrick was born on September 22, 1958, in Sidney, Nebraska, to Joseph Carl and Joyce Jean (Cotton) Maroney, Sr.
Patrick spent his formative years in Pine Bluffs, Wyoming, before embarking on a career as a subcontractor in the flooring industry in 1985. He worked for many years alongside his brother, Gary, crafting beautiful spaces with their skilled hands. Patrick retired five years ago, ending a long and dedicated career. After living in Oregon for many years, he most recently made his home in Ogallala to be closer to his family.
Patrick was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Joyce Maroney, and his two brothers, Jerry and Larry Maroney.
His memory will be cherished and kept alive by his surviving brothers, Gary and Joe Maroney, both of Ogallala; and his sister, Mary Munoz, of Williston, North Dakota.
