TATE JOSEPH BROWN, infant son of Marcus and Shinnen Brown, passed away December 23, 2022, at Methodist Women's Hospital in Omaha.

Tate was born December 15, 2022, in Omaha, and though his life was far too short, he made an unforgettable mark on the lives of his family.

Left to mourn his passing are his parents, Marcus and Shinnen Brown; siblings, Trae, Paeton, and Ashton Brown; maternal grandmother, Deb (Steve) Holliday of Ogallala; paternal grandparents, Mark (Millie) Brown of Ogallala; aunt, Michelle Williams of Ogallala; uncles, Dewey Brown and Stanley Gunter; great-uncle, Dale Hornkohl; cousins, Isabella, Ayden, Myles, & Lydian Crowe; along with many other relatives.

Tate was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Don Williams; paternal great-grandparents, Glen and Maxine Brown; uncle, Travis Williams; great uncles, Dean & David Hornkohl, & Rick Brown; great aunts, Donna Benker and Delphine Hornkohl.

A memorial has been established in Tate's memory for later designation. Condolences may be shared at prairiehilllsfuneralhome.com, where the services will be streamed live.

Services will be held on Friday, December 30, 2022, at 2:00 pm at New Hope Church in Ogallala, with Pastor Matt Waitley officiating. Burial will be in the Ogallala Cemetery.
